Just went through my old pictures and realized that I was much more independent before. I looked happier and I wasnt clinging onto anyone especially my bf. I have to stop doing that and give him space. Plus I need to quit relying on connects and really start focusing on myself. It’s time to pick up more work shifts, make paper, save for Christmas and whatnot and do well in school. I gotta stop slacking and taking these mini breaks. my boyfriend is the greatest. forreals. he has kept me on my feet through all this stress. he makes sure that I get ahead in life. I really appreciate everything he does for me. Even when I felt like slacking, he helped me by making study guides so that I’m on my study grind. I know I was losing motivation lately, but now I’m ready to do well again. I’m currently looking for a place to rent on my own or with a roommate, applying for hospital positions and catching up on all the school work I missed or need to know. Let’s see how far I’ll get with these changes. Lehhgooo

Just wrote down some self notes. I needed something to remind myself to be confident and not so insecure about my looks just when I’m having an off day. Idk why but I really let my insecurities get to me today. I was upset with myself for multiple reasons and most of them being physical features. I thought I needed to wear makeup and buy stylish clothes to look pretty but I’m glad I realized that I need to just change the way I see myself and the world. I came to the conclusion that I’m different from every other girl and it wouldn’t kill me to exercise a little more every week. Also, I could maybe pamper myself a bit and get a haircut or something but beauty isn’t important on the outside (to an extent hhaha) but yeah it’s whats on the inside that matters; as cliche as that sounds. I hope my insecurities don’t get to me again but I’m just writing this to myself or to anyone else so I can read it and remember that I’m better than that and I should be happy with who I am and that I should be more confident !
